Bimbo’s 365 Club

Dolphina, the seemingly naked girl swimming in a fish tank behind the front bar, is your first clue that Bimbo’s 365 isn’t an ordinary nightclub. Consider it the Bay Area’s original mecca for good times, known for mixing supper club swank, top-notch entertainment, fine cuisine, and libation-fueled fun in just the right amounts for almost a century. “Most people I meet who have spent even a little time in San Francisco have a Bimbo’s story,” says Graziano Cerchiai, son-in-law of the club’s original owner (his nickname was Bimbo, or “Boy” in Italian), who now runs the family business with sons Gino and Michael. Gino says, “We’re proud to see the spirit of this place rub off on patrons and stay with them when they leave.”

"Enjoying great times and making memories—isn’t that what life is about?"
